Barcelona have, as usual, stormed into the last 16 of the Champions League, and did so with two games to spare.
They are now left with one game to play, and it promises to be one of the toughest. After 5 games in the CL group stages, they are now locked in at 13 points, with Tottenham and Inter Milan sitting back at 7 points each. In the away game of the group against Spurs, the Catalans mauled the hosts 4-2 and will want to think that the result will be replicated.
Spurs know that they can’t afford the luxury of a draw. They know that they must absolutely beat the hosts in order to keep inter from swooping in and taking the second CL slot of the group. They have in their ranks the men to get the job done, but it is a tough job to pull off against Suarez, Messi, and Coutinho.
