Barcelona and Real Valladolid meet at Camp Nou on Saturday, 16th February and the hosts are sure to be confident of maintaining their lead at the top of the table.
Barcelona will be confident going into this match against fifteen placed Real Valladolid and it will be a good opportunity for them to maintain their lead at the top of the La Liga table. While Barcelona have had a few disappointing results in recent weeks, mainly in the Copa Del Ray, they are still in excellent form and have lost just two La Liga games this season, the last one being a 3 – 4 loss to Real Betis back in November.
Real Valladolid have been struggling a lot recently, drawing with nineteenth placed Villarreal and before that losing to bottom placed Huesca. They last faced Barcelona in August 2018 and lost that game 1 – 0. Their previous meeting was in 2014, and they won that encounter 1 – 0. The team may take heart from this previous victory, but realistically they have little chance against Barcelona at Camp Nou.
