Burnley will open their February 2019 footballing action with a home tie against Southampton. The Saturday 2nd February match at the Turf Moor will be part of EPL 2018/2019’s 25th round.
Sean Dyche’s side have had a bad season by their standards, floating just above relegation for the better part of this campaign. They will be coming from a tricky trip to Manchester United so this should be a great chance to get the tails end of the season on track. Chris Wood will be the man to headline their attack.

Saints are having some great rejuvenation since appointing Ralph Hasenhüttl as manager. They have risen from relegation and will look to keep momentum with another win on the road. James Ward-prose has especially flourished under the new manager and will again be the man to watch in attack. This will be their first game on the road in close to three weeks; they last played away on 12th January when they beat Leicester 2-1.
