Chelsea and Wolverhampton meet at Stamford Bridge on Sunday, 10th March and Chelsea will be hoping that it is their chance to return to the top four.
Chelsea are currently sixth in the league with 56 points, just behind Arsenal who have 57 and Manchester United who have 58. However, Chelsea also have a game in hand, so will be determined to win to ensure that they return to the top four.
The Wolverhampton Wanderers are not having a bad season and are seventh in the league, but 13 points below Chelsea. They have had some mixed results in recent weeks, and tend to struggle against the big name teams. Nonetheless, they will be highly motivated as a loss could see them fall a few places.
Wolverhampton Wanderers won the last encounter between these teams 2 – 1 in December last year. However, Chelsea won their three games prior to that and Wolverhampton has never won at Stamford Bridge. Nonetheless, fan can expect a spirited game that could produce a few surprises.
