Palace will remain at the Selhurst Park for the second consecutive EPL round when they welcome West Ham on Saturday. The Eagle’s will be doing home duty a week after hosting Fulham at the same ground.
They drew 1-1 with Southampton to take 15th position in the midweek fixtures but were unlucky to lose main man Wilfried Zaha to a red card late in the match. Aha will be returning after missing the match against Fulham, which should be a big plus in terms of fresh legs.
The Hammers have had an unenviable run lately, crashing out of the FA Cup at the hands of minnows Wimbledon before going down 3-0 at Wolves in midweek. They will be coming from a trip to Liverpool which does not seem easy either. They still occupy a decent 12th position and will be keen to get things firmly in track. Samir Nasri has now settled in place and will be key in their midfield.
