It was another weekend full of drama in the Norway-Eliteserien Regular season after Haugesund players were reduced to 9 men in unusual circumstances.
This was after Haris Hajradinovic was sent off in the 81st minutes for fighting his teammate, Per Braatveit. It was a big blow for the Haugesund side because one of its players had been sent off in the first half after receiving a second yellow card.
The 22-year-old Bosnian Hajradinovic who is on loan from the Belgian club, Genk nearly caused a foul inside the box. It seemed like Braatveit wasn’t happy with his tackle. Surprisingly, Hajradinovic became furious with his goalie’s reaction and got into a fight.
But, the funny thing was that the referee wasn’t aware of the incident. It was seen by the linesman, who in turn instructed the referee to send Hajradinovic off the pitch. Strømsgodset beat Haugesund as the match ended 2-0.
