Manchester City and Watford meet at Wembley Stadium on Saturday, 18th May for the FA Cup final.

Manchester City and Watford will meet at Wembley Stadium on Saturday for the FA Cup final. Having won the Premier League last weekend, Manchester City will be eager to add to their silverware for this season and they are the overwhelming favourites to win this game.

Manchester City have won their last fourteen league games and their only recent defeat was in the Champions League to Tottenham Hotspur. This is far better form that Watford who lost their last three games of the season, to West Ham United, Chelsea and Wolverhampton Wanderers. Manchester City were not challenged on their way to the final, defeating Swansea and Brighton, while Watford saw off the Wolves and Crystal Palace.

The teams last played in March in the league and Manchester City won that game 3 – 1. Last year they played twice and Manchester City won both of those games. In fact, Manchester City have won their last ten encounters with Watford. They have only played each other twelve times, and the other two games ended in draws.
