Reims and PSG meet at the Stade Auguste-Delaune on Friday, 24th May for the final game of the season.
Reims are hosting Paris Saint-Germain at the Stade Auguste-Delaune on Friday for the final game of the Ligue 1 season. Paris Saint-Germain have already won the league, they currently have a 16 point lead over second placed Lille OSC, and they will be relaxed coming into this game. Reims are currently ninth in the league and a win could see them finish in seventh.
However, Reims have been struggling in recent weeks, they have won just one of their last five games, a 0 – 1 victory over Bordeaux last week. Before that, they lost to Caen, Nimes and Saint Etienne and drew a game with Angers 1 – 1. Despite having won the league, PSG have not been at their very best either. They have won games against Dijon and Angers, but drew with Nice and lost to Montpellier. They also lost the Coupe de France on penalties to Rennes.
The teams last played in September last year and PSG won the game 4 – 1. That was their first meeting since 2016, when PSG also won the game 4 – 1. Reims have won just one of their nine meetings, back in 2013 when they won 1 – 0.
