Spurs welcome Real to Wembley Stadium for another UCL Group H match as Europe’s elite club competition enters the second leg of the group stages. The two sides played to a 1-1 draw at Real’s Santiago Bernabeu homeground, and sit joint top of the group with seven points and similar stats across the board.
Tottenham have been underdogs owing to their inexperience in Europe, but they appear to be finally coming good as was confirmed in the last round. They will once again depend heavily on Harry Kane to lead their goal hunt. Victor Wanyama should also be available in midfield, having missed the first leg with an ankle injury.
Real will be keen to stamp their dominance to go top of the group. Zinedine Zidane will want to tighten his defence further after suffering an own goal in the reverse fixture. All of Bale, Cristiano and Ronaldo should be available to start, probably with a rest in the weekend league trip to Girona.
